服务工程师（易沃斯）

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for servicing and support of laser systems

• Support manufacturing, installation and onsite servicing of equipment

• Consulting and support of our customers with technical questions

• Training of customer’s personnel in operation and maintenance

• Independent coordination and active interface clarification with internal upstream departments

• National and international travel with direct customer service

主要职责：

• 负责激光系统的售后服务与技术支持

• 支持完成设备的安装及现场服务工作

• 向客户提供技术咨询和支持

• 客户提供操作和维护方面的培训

• 与内部其他部门进行独立协调和沟通

• 国内和国际商务出差, 客户现场支持

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical or mechatronics engineering

• Knowledge of PLC programming is an advantage

• Good English communication abilities

• Strong problem-solving and communication ability

• Can accept business trip and enjoy working outside of office

• Flexibility, communication skills and organizational skills

• Hard working and careful attitude

任职要求：

• 机械，电子，机电一体化相关专业，本科以上学历

• PLC编程经验优先考虑

• 良好的英语读写能力，听说能力好者更佳

• 较强的问题解决能力和沟通协调能力

• 能适应经常出差

• 灵活性，沟通技巧和组织能力

• 仔细认真的工作态度
