CircuitCAM 8 LaserSolar
Since its launch, CircuitCAM has stood out for its exceptional professionalism in fields including direct circuit board fabrication using mechanical and laser tools, design of SMT industry solder paste stencils, high-precision laser material processing, and especially direct laser PCB manufacturing. As one of the few commercial software solutions in the industry, it has garnered global attention and found widespread applications.
In recent years, the advancement of digital processing technologies, particularly laser-based direct manufacturing techniques, has created deeper and broader development opportunities for CircuitCAM. For instance, high-precision and highly complex products demand larger-scale data computing capabilities; meanwhile, the progress in manufacturing technologies of the photovoltaic and electronics industries requires more specialized data processing methods different from before. CircuitCAM 8 represents the most significant upgrade to CircuitCAM completed by the Sino-European software team of DCT Co., Ltd. over the past decade. It has achieved breakthroughs in multiple technical fields and satisfactorily resolved technical issues encountered during usage and planning.
To address the graphic processing requirements of the photovoltaic industry, CircuitCAM 8 introduces the LaserSolar module. Within this module, functions such as Solar_Fill, which rapidly completes filling calculations for photovoltaic graphics, and Solar_AutoDraw, which enables one-click automatic drawing of photovoltaic graphics based on 2D scanned patterns, have been launched to meet the needs for fast filling and calculation of specific graphics as well as rapid automatic drafting.
For data processing and machining path generation in the LaserSolar version: parameters are set and calculated layer by layer in accordance with the filling calculation requirements for different layers of photovoltaic graphics, adopting high-precision straight line and contour filling algorithms to meet micron-level accuracy requirements.
Application directions: Precision filling calculation for photovoltaic graphics, automatic drawing of photovoltaic graphics
Software and hardware configuration: Microsoft Windows 7/8/10/11, processor of 2GHz or higher, minimum 4GB RAM (8GB RAM or more recommended), minimum screen resolution of 1024x768
